The CK process

We provide full-service planning for corporate events including holiday parties, professional development conferences, lunch meetings and business dinners. Our team begins the planning process with a free consultation. This helps us to clearly identify the objectives, budget and overall scope for the upcoming event. From there, we take the reins and oversee all planning and design including securing a venue, sourcing vendors, invitation management, ticket registration and event promotion. We collaborate with vendors and venue management to ensure all day-of-event milestones are aligned for flawless implementation.

For execution, our team is directly involved in overseeing on-site set-up and logistics, serving as a dedicated resource for the client and vendors. We remain on site throughout the event to address any requests as needed and ensure all event milestones run smoothly. Once the event is successfully completed, we offer a post-event debrief to finalize any outstanding details as well as discuss any feedback.
