The CK process
We provide full-service planning for corporate fundraisers and benefits to support a range of charitable and philanthropic initiatives. Our team begins the planning process with a free consultation. This helps us to understand the cause, while clearly identifying the objectives, budget and overall scope for the event. From there, we take the reins and oversee all planning and logistics including securing a venue, sourcing vendors, invitation management, ticket registration and event promotion. As a value-add, we partner with committee management and are directly involved in organizing committee meetings, developing agendas and tracking minutes. This gives us the necessary insight to fully deliver on their desired vision for the fundraiser.
Prior to execution, we partner directly with vendors and venue management to ensure all event milestones are aligned for seamless execution. On the day of the event, our team oversees on-site set-up and logistics, serving as a dedicated resource for the client and vendor partners. We remain on site throughout the event to address any requests as needed and ensure all event milestones run smoothly. Once the event is successfully completed, we offer a post-event debrief to finalize any outstanding details and discuss client feedback.
